New Avalon, Kingdom of Africa

POV 1: YOU’RE A PEASANT IN THE 1600’S
You wake up pretty early, because Bessie is highly pregnant and she’s about to add some little calves to the herd. You eat a hearty breakfast of real eggs, milk, and venison (the hunt last week went well and you have enough meat for the winter). You quietly leave a flower on the table for your wife, but soon realize your mistake; She and your four children are up already, just as excited as you to welcome Bessie’s new offspring to the family. Bessie, and all the other cattle on your land, is there to provide dairy only; you hunt for everything else.
Your children grow up on a large, open piece of land, in a house which, even 500 years later, will compare favorably to a million dollar dwelling on a cattle ranch. Everyone in your family has a clear understanding of who they are and what is expected of them; your children enjoy singing hymns, playing games in the open field, learning history and studying the Bible, and will eventually all play a vital role in the operation of the farm, with the rest of your extended family.
The village is only 10 minutes away on horseback; you often fire up the horse buggy and take the entire family to the market there to enjoy some of the best baking and fresh produce in the area, and to join some other poor peasants at the regular dance festivals. Everyone is a true neighbor, and villagers greet each other with the words, “Good day to you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Despite all of the above you are, of course, not a happy man. You wish you could have lived as a free man in the time of your forefathers, when no one had to pay a monstrous tax of 10% to the landlord. Also, you worked a total of 187 days out of 365 last year (you angrily keep an exact count) and you can feel how it’s straining your body; you doubt whether you’ll even live to be a hundred and twenty.
Centuries later, “modern” governments will pay fake historians to write fake stories about how horrible life was in your time.
POV 2: YOU’RE A 21ST CENTURY HUMAN
Yeah, I know. I don’t have to type anything here, you’ve already made the comparison yourself.
Have you ever thought about it? Don’t tell me you haven’t. And no, I’m not talking about the watered down version where we do a soft “reset”. I refer you to the possibility of us really starting over. Building it the Way it should have been built in the first Place. With architecture reflecting the beauty and strength of humanity, and a Government of God, for the People.
Modern ideas with Old World morals.
New Avalon. Without the liars in charge. Without the need to obtain the repeated approval of some old swindlers around a table. Just good men and women, building a Kingdom of Biblical proportions and living their best lives in the Land of Hope and Diamonds.
If you say yes, we can do it. So say yes.
Just say yes.
