Flash Floods in Spain claim 219 lives

Disastrous floods in Eastern Spain have now claimed 219 lives, with the Spanish Prime Minister warning his country's residents that the threat from the apocalyptic flood persists.

Palporta, a town in Eastern Spain, has been completely cut off by the flood waters and rescue workers can not currently access the area, leaving those stranded inside without help.
